In the event of bad weather, a decision to cancel the rehearsal will be made by 8am on the Tuesday and emails sent to members by 8.30am Section Leaders will contact members of their section NOT on email
Please check weather reports and your emails before you leave home. Section Leaders need to ensure their members know of the decision.
